Notorious Target Group kingpin Ilyas hacked to death

Mangaluru, Jan 13, 2018: Ilyas who is said to the kingpin  of the notorious Target Group of Ullal,  has been  hacked to death by unidentified assailants  at a flat at Jeppu Kudpady on January 13, Saturday morning.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ilyas  who was behind bars in connection with the murder of three persons in Farangipete  was released on bail just two days ago. He was also  involved in an abduction of a doctor and blackmailing him  shownig obscene pictures of a woman who was close to the doctor. He was the former president of the Youth Congres at Ullal.

It has been gathered that two assailants who barged into the flat had  inflicted serious injuries on Ilyas’s chest using sharp weapons. Though he was immediately rushed to the hospital,  doctors have declared him dead.
