Parked car goes up in flames in Bondel; none hurt

Mangaluru, june 24, 2024: A Maruti Vitara car which was parked in the car porch was gutted in a fire mishap late night on Sunday at Bondel. Luckily no one was injured in the mishap.

Passersby noticed the fire at around 11.30 pm and immediately alerted locals. The fire tender vehicles rushed to the spot and doused the fire. However, by then the car was completely gutted. The car porche was at the basement of a three storied building. The entrance of the building was damaged in the fire.

The cause of the fire is not known.
