Pernankila villagers relieved as leopard finally trapped

Udupi, Jul 23, 2021: A leopard which was on the prowl and caused panic in  villagers of Pernankila since several days, has been finally caught. The big cat was trapped in a cage placed by the Forest Department personnel in the plantation of Ashok Nayak of Gundupade.

Incidentally, this is the third leopard caught in the village in the recent times.
