Planet SKS, the tallest Apartment Project launched today

Mangalore, Dec 15: ‘Planet SKS’ , the super luxury 35-storied apartment project launched at 4.30 pm today,  December 15 at Kadri Hills, off NH 17. Smt. Susheela Shetty, Smt. Leelavati Hegde, and Vimala Shetty - mothers of the project’s directors - launched the prestigious project amid elite audience of who is who of the city.

Dr. Kalladaka Prabhakar Bhat, Convenor, Sri Rama Vidya Kendra lit the lamp to begin the auspicious program. He appreciated initiative taken by the promoters for developing the state of the art, eco-friendly apartment project in Mangalore. He expressed his happiness to be part of the only one of its kind project.

Sushir Kumar, CEO and MD of Intelnet Global Services expressed his happiness in promoting Planet SKS in the city. He said that he is happy to be part of the fast growing development of Mangalore. He expressed his gratitude to all those who have supported him in his endeavour. 

Planet SKS will be 375ft tall with three wings and around 184 three-bedroom and four-bedroom units with 412 covered car parks for residents and 30 for their visitors. Planet Sks will devote nearly 38,000sq.ft. for club house, health club, gymnasium, spa, and a roof helipad. The project will also adhere to the silver rating guidelines of IGBC, the first rating programme developed in India exclusively for residential structures. Planet Sks will contribute 89 percent open spaces for conservation.

The skyscraper will be completely self-sufficient without creating any harm to the city’s infrastructure. The project will implement the reduction, reuse, and recycling of waste. Planet Sks not only aims at becoming the tallest building, but will be constructed with passion with no chemical hardening to accelerate the building process. Mr. Shetty said that the company had constructed a building with 32 floors in Bangalore.
