Provocative statement: Cops book Sharan Pumpwell, Puneeth Attavar

Mangaluru, September 16, 2024: City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal has informed that cases have been registered in the CEN police station against Hindu outfit leaders Sharan Pumpwell and Puneeth Attavar in connection with issuing a provocative statement relating to Id Milad procession.

The Commissioner said stern action would be initiated against those issuing provocative statements.

It has been learnt that the police have detained Puneeth Attavar in Mandya.
