Puttur: Bike rider dies in collision with police jeep

Puttur, Mar 06, 2023: An accident involving a bike and a police vehicle led to the death of a bike rider near Sampya on the Maani-Mysuru  Highway on March 5, Sunday night.

 

The deceased is Lakshmana Naik, CEO of CA Bank, Arlapadavu. He resided at Kote in Panaje village. Lakshmana Naik was on way to Arlapadavu when the police vehicle belonging to DAR approaching from the opposite direction, knocked down his bike.
