Puttur: Fire erupts at home after refrigerator explosion

Puttur, June 18, 2024: A fire broke out at a house near Jidekallu College following an explosion in the refrigerator.

The incident occurred at Monappa’s residence. Fortunately, no one was home at the time. However, the house sustained damage from the fire.

College students and locals attempted to extinguish the flames before the fire brigade arrived to take over the firefighting operations.
