Puttur: Thieves burgle house; steal cash, jewels worth over Rs 5 lakh

Puttur, Sep 03, 2022: Thieves who broke into a house at Arantabailu in Golithottu village on  the night of September 1 have decamped with cash and jewellery worth nearly Rs 5.33 lakh.

 

The theft occurred  in the house of Ramla when he had been to the Mangaluru International Airport on September 1 night to receive his son who was arriving from abroad. However when they returned home at 1.45 am, they found the house burgled.

Uppinangady Police are investigating the case.
