Rider dies; 2 injured in bike-tipper collision

Karkala, May 20, 2024: A bike rider lost his life while two others sustained serious injuries in a collision between a bike and a tipper near Karkala Palli Garadi on Monday morning.

 

The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. The injured are Prasanna (26) and Bachan D’Souza (26) of Nepal origin.

Rash driving and over speeding on the part of the tipper driver is said to be the cause of the accident.
