Russell’s Viper hiding under bike seat bites rider

Mangaluru, October 1, 2024: A Russell’s Viper which was hiding inside the seat of a two-wheeler bit the rider at Kuppepadavu on Friday night. The injured rider has been admitted to hospital.

Imtiyaz, the rider was readying to go to the mosque on Friday night and was placing some documents inside the vehicle seat when the snake which was hiding there bit his fingers. The family members immediately rushed him to hospital.
