Santosh Patil case : Family refuses to allow to shift body until accused are arrested

Udupi, April 13, 2022: The family members of Belgaum based contractor Santosh Patil who allegedly committed suicide, are adamant  that they will not allow to shift the body from the lodge until the three accused in the case are arrested.

The family members of the deceased contractor spoke to media persons waiting outside the lodge, upon completion of the Panchnama by the police.

 Prshanth Patil, a cousin of the deceased contractor said they want the arrest of Minister Eshwarappa and his associates Basavaraj and Ramesh. He also said they had co-operated with the police investigation in all ways until now.

He said the accused must be arrested before the post-mortem is done and that they have already  informed about this  to the Chief Minister. He also said the family of the contractor is fighting for justice.
