Satellite calls to Pak from remote village in Belthangady taluk?

Belthangady, August 18, 2019:  In a shocking revelation, authorities have reportedly gathered information that satellite calls have been made to Pakistan from a remote village of Belthangady taluk.

Interrogation of a terror suspect arrested in Delhi has reportedly led to the above revelation. It  has been gathered that the accused had revealed that the satellite  call has been made from Govinduru in Nyayatarpu village of Belthangady taluk.

NIA is  reportedly conducting further investigations in this regard. Meanwhile, a team from NIA has been  on an intensive search for terror suspects in various places of the city. Even  a strict eye has been kept on boats from other states.

 Intensive search operations are also underway at strategic installations like NMPT, MRPL, NITK, KIOCL and Mangaluru International Airport.
