Sea erosion in Uchila Someshwara due to tidal waves

Mangaluru, Oct 24, 2019: The problem of sea erosion has once again cropped up in Uchila Someshwara area following rains in the past few days.

 

The huge tidal waves has sparked fear in the minds of  locals and a house near Someshwara Temple is in danger. The sea has also engulfed as many as four coconut trees near Uchila Battampady. Another house at Peribailu is also in danger  due to  sea erosion.
