Senior Congress leader Ramanatha Rai files nomination from Bantwal

Bantwal, April 20, 2023: Senior Congress leader and former minister Ramanatha Rai filed his nomination from Bantwal Assembly constituency on April 20, Thursday. He went in a procession  upto the Mini Vidhana Saudha at B C Road and filed his nomination.

 

Earlier, he visited the Venkataramana Temple at Bantwal and offered prayers. Later he also visited the Kelaginapete Jumma Masjid and Rakteshwari Temple.

Legislative Council Opposition Leader B K Hariprasad, District Congress President and MLC Harish Kumar, MLC Manjunath Bhandary, former MLA Shakuntala Shetty and several party leaders and workers were present.
