Sports Minister Nagendra promises more support for Kambala

Mangaluru, Jan 15, 2024: State Minister for Youth Services and Sports B Nagendra has said that the government was committed to encourage Kambala and other sports.

 

He was speaking at a function organized at Naringana Kambalotsava- Lava Kusha Jodukare Kambla held at Naringana  on Sunday.

Stating that the Sports Department had sanctioned Rs one crore for the Bengaluru Kambala, he said the government was ready to provide encouragement to Kambala organized in the coastal district.

Speaker UT Khader, DC Mullai Muhilan, Sports Commissioner Shashi Kumar, former minister Ramanatha Rai, KPCC Secretary Mithun Rai, DK Bus Operators Association President Azeez Parthippady and others were present.
