St. Aloysius PU College organizes state-level inter-collegiate festival

Mangalore, Nov 19, 2012: St. Aloysius Pre University College organized Pre Unique, an annual state-level inter-collegiate pre-university college intellectual and cultural festival, in its pretorium on Nov 19, Monday.

Malini Hebbar, chief guest of the event, said that students must make their decisions carefully because life has no backspace or delete button like the computer keyboard. She urged students to grab as many opportunities to take part in competitions with the intention of gaining knowledge, not winning.

 

 

 

As many as 50 students from 30 colleges all over the state took part in this event.

St. Aloysius College Principal Fr. Elvis C. Lewis SJ presided over this event, which was attended by a large number of students and staff members.

Kiran Shetty, staff convener of the event, delivered the welcome address and Uzwal Menezes delivered the vote of thanks.

Among those present were Rekha Alva, staff convener; Tulasi, Sujith, and Ashwini, joint conveners; Nicolo Moneiro, president of the students’ council; and many others.
