State Government reinstates Madan Mohan as AC of Mangaluru sub-division

Mangaluru, Nov 09, 2020:    The state government has issued an order reinstating Madan Mohan as the Assistant Commissioner of Mangaluru sub-division with immediate effect.

 

On October 13, the state government had transferred Madan Mohan but  had not given him a new posting. The government had also cited a Karnataka Administrative Tribunal order  in order to justify the abrupt transfer.

 Ravichandra Nayak, Joint Executive Director of Smart City Project was appointed as  AC in his place. However  following the rejection of an  appeal in the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal the government has now reinstated Madan Mohan.
