Statue of Amara Sullia Rebellion leader Kedambadi Ramayya Gowda brought to city

Mangaluru, Aug 30, 2022: The bronze statue of  Kedambadi Ramayya Gowda who led the famous Amara Sullia Rebellion was brought to the city via Padil on August 29, Monday. The statue will be installed at Bavutagudda.

 

 

 

 

 

Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel offered floral tributes to the statue at Padil Junction. MLAs  Sanjeeva Matandoor, Harish Poonja and others were present.
