Telugu film star Jr NTR, his family and Rishab Shetty visit Udupi Shri Krishna Matha

Udupi, August 31, 2024: Telugu actor Junior NTR visited the Sri Krishna Matha in Udupi on Saturday, August 31. He was accompanied by his mother, Shalini Nandamuri, as they sought the blessings of the presiding deity, Sri Krishna Mukhyaprana.
During their visit, Junior NTR and his mother received blessings from Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji, the head of Puttige Matha, who is currently the presiding Swamiji of the Udupi Sri Krishna Matha. They were blessed with the Anugraha Mantrakshate and initiated into the Kotigeeta Lekhana Yajna Deeksha.
Shalini Nandamuri had long dreamed of bringing her son to Udupi to seek the blessings of Sri Krishna, a wish she had held for the past 40 years.

In various interviews, Junior NTR has proudly mentioned that his mother, Shalini, is from Kundapura and is a native Kannada speaker. During this visit, he was also joined by actor and director Rishab Shetty and director Prashanth Neel.
