Train services of Konkan Rail, Cyclone help desks

Mangalore, Oct 13, 2014: The Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., (KRCL) has launched a toll-free number, meant particularly to disseminate information on train location, which has become operational from october 12.

 

Dial 1800-266-1332,  for the required information on the position of a train on Konkan network,  KRCL here said. However, no other information including PNR status, would be available through this number.
