Tulu Prathibha Pursakaar presented on Bisu Parba Day

Mangalore, April 15: Bisu Parba, the traditional Tulu festival, was celebrated at University College Mangalore on April 14, Thursday. 

The Dharmasthala Ratnavarma Hegde Award was conferred on H. Shakunthala Bhat, Kadri Navneet Shetty, and Sneha Kunjathbail on the occasion. 

The Tulu Prathibha Pursakaar was conferred on Bindushree Rai K., an SSLC student, and Abhishek R. Shetty of PUC as well. 

Tulu Koota of Mangalore organized this event. Prominent citizens such as Mayor Praveen Achan, senior journalist Malar Jayarama Rai, Leeds Group proprietor Kishore D. Shetty, Namma Kudla Director Harish B. Karkera, and others were also present.
