Tulu movie ‘Chaali Polilu” to hit theatres on Oct 31

Mangalore, Oct 29, 2014:  The much awaited Tulu movie “Chaali Polilu”  produced under the banner  Jaya Kirana Films will hit the silver screens on October 31. The film will be simultaneously released at Jyothi Theatre, Big Cinema  at Bharath Mall, Cine Polis at City Centre in Mangalore, Amarashree in Moodbidri and Nakshatra Theatre at BC Road.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The film directed by Veerendra Shetty Kavoor and produced by Prakash Pandeshwar  has several renowned names of Tulu theatre in its star cast.

It is for the first time that  famed Tulu theatre personalities Devadas Kapikad, Naveen D Padil and Bhojraj Vamanjoor are seen together in a film.

Tulu actors Aravind Bolar, Sunder Rai Mandara, Kannada star Raghavendra Rai and Mungaru Male fame Padmaja Rao also have  varied roles in ‘Chaali Polilu.’ The filmhas upcoming Tulu star Arjun Kapikad in a special role and guest appearance.

The music directors are V Manohar  and Manikanth Kadri. Madhav Shetty is the Technical director.  This is also the first Tulu film having  famed Malayalam cameraman Utpal Nayanar.

Prakash Pandeshwar,  the film producer  has said the  complete comedy film is also a total family entertainer. He is optimistic that people of the district  would encourage the film.
