Two dead in accident at Shiradi Ghat

Uppinangady, Dec 07, 2023: Two men of Odisha origin have lost their lives in an accident involving their vehicle near Kempu Hole in Shiradi Ghat on the NH 75 connecting Mangaluru and Bengaluru on December 6.

 

A mini lorry which was transporting goods to Mangaluru from Hassan was hit by another vehicle resulting in the mishap. While the mini lorry was badly mangled, the vehicle which caused the accident had fled from the scene.

The deceased are Amulya Perida (23) and Santirnish Juty (27).

Sakleshpur Rural Police have visited the spot.
