Udupi-Bengaluru private bus catches fire in Mandya; passengers safe

Udupi, April 26, 2025: A private bus on way to Bengaluru  from Udupi caught fire all of a sudden  near Kadabahalli in Nagamangala taluk of Mandya district on Saturday morning.

The mishap occurred at around 5 am. The bus driver who noticed the fire alerted all the 25 passengers and ensured all of them alighted along with their luggages. In no time, the bus was up in flames.

Fire tender vehicles rushed to the spot and doused the fire.
