Udupi : Container lorry overturns, falls over house at Parkala

Udupi, July 04, 2022: A container lorry which went out of control of the driver while negotiating a curve at Parkala overturned and fell over a house on July 3, Sunday night.

 

Luckily no one was residing in the house located in Shenoy Compound. The container lorry was heading towards Goa from Parkala and was carrying waste paper.

A month ago, a tanker had met with an accident in the same spot. Locals have been urging for the installation of street lights in the area.
