Udupi : Home nurse arrested for theft of jewellery worth Rs 30 lakhs

Udupi, November 21, 2024: A home nurse who had escaped with gold and diamond jewellery worth Rs 31 lakhs from a house where he was working, has been arrested by the Police.

The arrested man is Siddappa K Kodli.  A person named Prasad SS had earlier lodged a complaint against Siddappa alleging that he stole jewellery worth Rs 31,17,100 from his house.

The accused was arrested at Kushtagi in Koppala district and stolen valuables worth Rs 30 lakhs were recovered from him.

He has been produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody.
