Udupi: Minimum auto fares increased to Rs 40 from Oct 1

Udupi, Sep 19, 2022: The Udupi District Regional Transport Authority has revised the minimum fares of autorickshaws  with effect from October 1. As per the revised fares, the minimum fare for the first 1.5 kms  has been increased to Rs 40. The rates for every km after the first 1.5 kms has been fixed at Rs 20.

 

The in-charge Secretary of the Regional Transport Authority and the District RTO Ravishanker P in a press release has asked all autorickshaw drivers and owners to recalibrate their meters accordingly by September 31.
