Udupi: Missing 13 year old boy traced in Palakkad

Udupi, September 9, 2024: A 13 year old boy from Kunjibettu in Udupi who was reported missing since September 8, Sunday has been traced at Palakkad in Kerala.

The boy is Arya, an eighth standard student and son of Prakash Shetty. On Sunday morning his father had dropped him to the coaching centre. However when the father went there in the afternoon at around 2.45 pm to pick him up, he was missing. The staff at the Centre informed Prakash that Arya had not attended classes.

Later a complaint was lodged and the police managed to trace him at Palakkad. It is learnt, he left for Palakkad by train. Presently, arrangements are being made to bring the boy back to Udupi.
