Udupi: Musician brothers die hours apart

Brahmavar, Feb 17, 2023: Two brothers who were known Nagaswara and Saxophone artistes  have  died hours apart at Brahmavar on February 16, Thursday. The deceased are Ganesh Devadiga (52) and Raghavendra Devadiga (42).

 

 

 

The two brothers were undergoing treatment in different hospitals since some days owing to ill-health. If Raghavendra Devadiga who was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Udupi died on Thursday, his elder brother Ganesh on coming to know about the tragic news died at a Manipal hospital after a few hours.

The brothers were sons of Raghunath Devadiga and Sumathi Devadiga and resided together. Ganesh is survived by his wife, daughter and son, while Raghavendra has left behind his wife.
