Udupi: Senior BJP leader, hotelier B Sudhakar Shetty passes away

Udupi, Jan 04, 2024: Senior BJP leader and hotelier B Sudhakar Shetty passed away at a private hospital in Udupi on January 4, Thursday morning. He was 72 years old.

 

Sudhakar Shetty was the owner of Sharada International Hotel of Udupi. He had contested as a BJP candidate in 2013 from Udupi Assembly constituency and had lost the election. He had also served as the Chairman of Udupi Town Development Authority and as President of District Volleyball Association and District Wine Merchants Association.
