Udupi: Three arrested for IPL betting

Udupi, April 25, 2025: Udupi CEN police have arrested three persons on the charges of involving in IPL betting. The arrests were made during a raid near the Bhujanga Park at Ajjarkad.

Those arrested are Sandeep (34) of Nooji, Sriraj (33) of Belur and Madhukar (44) of Molahalli. They were reportedly collecting cash from public and assisting them to download  mobile betting app.

Cash of Rs 81,700, smart phones, a car and other items used for betting have been seized by the police from the accused.
