Ullal: Newly purchased scooter catches fire at night

Mangaluru, October 19, 2024: A newly purchased TVS Ntorq scooter which was parked in front of a house at Kumpala Vidyanagara was gutted in an accidental fire on Friday night.

Rakesh, an ITI student had purchased the two-wheeler just a month ago. The fire from the vehicle had also damaged the window panes and clothes hung outside. The occupants of the house had rushed out and doused the fire. A short circuit is suspected to be the cause of the fire.
