Uppinangady: Bike- tourist vehicle collision; rider critically injured

Uppinangady, Mar 14, 2022: A bike rider sustained serious injuries when his two-wheeler was hit by a tourist vehicle at Hanangur near Karvel on March 13, Sunday.

 

The injured rider Diwaker (25) hailed from Harinagar. The tourist tempo was on way to B C Road from Uppinangady when the mishap took place. The tempo was carrying people who had attended a function at Nekkilady village.

The bike rider who has suffered head injuries has been admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru. His bike was new and yet to be registered and was badly mangled due to the impact of the collision.
