Uppinangady: Stationed gas tanker moves all of a sudden; overturns

Uppinangady, January 25, 2025: A stationed gas tanker all of a sudden moved and veered to the roadside before overturning at Nekkilady Bollaru on the Mangaluru-Bengaluru National Highway on Saturday morning. Luckily there was no gas leakage from the tanker.

The bullet tanker was on way to Tamil Nadu from Mangaluru when the mishap took place. The driver, on noticing a technical snag had stopped the tanker on the roadside in a slopy area and had left to bring a mechanic when the mishap took place.

Fire service personnel and Uppinangady Police rushed to the spot.
