Vittla: Fire accident; two shops gutted in blaze

Vittla, April 23, 2025: A fire incident occurred in Vittla where two shops in the Ruskin Complex on Palace Road were destroyed by fire.

Local residents, led by Muraleedhar from the Friends Vittla team, quickly brought water in a pickup vehicle and attempted to extinguish the fire. Later, firefighters from the Puttur fire department arrived at the scene and successfully put out the fire completely.
