Weightlifting coach succumbs to heart attack

Puttur, Dec 12, 2022: Rajendra Prasad (42) who was working as a weightlifting coach at Alva’s College, Moodbidri has passed away due to a heart attack on December 12, Monday.  Rajendra Prasad who hailed from Suliapadavu resided at Padil in Mangaluru.

 

Rajendra Prasad suffered from chest pain while at home and had  been to a private hospital after dropping his daughter to school. However, he breathed his last before doctors could perform an ECG.

Prior to serving Alva’s College he worked at Ujire SDM Engineering College as  Chief Coach. He is survived by his  mother, wife and two daughters.
