Woman who consumed poison, succumbs in hospital

Belthangady, Jan 03, 2023: A married woman who had attempted suicide by consuming poison, has succumbed after failing to respond to treatment.

 

The deceased is Sundari (25) of Kalmanja village. She had consumed poison on December 12 and was admitted to local hospital and later shifted to a hospital in Mangaluru where she breathed her last.

The reason behind her suicide is not known. Dharmasthala police have registered a case.
