Workshop on stress management for police personnel inaugurated

Mangaluru, Sep 14, 2022: A Workshop on Stress Management for police officials and personnel  commenced on September 14, Wednesday under the joint aegis of Mangaluru City Police Commissionerate and Art of Living, Bengaluru.

 

 

 

Presiding over the function, City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar said this workshop would go a long way in helping police personnel cope with stress while striking a balance between their personal as well as professional lives.

Art of Living Trainer Rashmi Anil Kumar, DCPs Anshu Kumar, Dinesh Kumar, ACP P A Hegde and others were present.
