7 yr boy gets stuck in lift door; dies

Mangaluru, Aug 24, 2018: In a shocking as well as a tragic incident, a seven year old boy lost his life after  his head got stuck in the door of the lift of the apartment complex  at Vas Lane where his family resides. The incident took place on August 23, Thursday evening.

 

The deceased boy is Mohammad Sinan. His family hails from  Addur in Bantwal.

The incident took place at around 7 pm when the boy’s mother was planning to go out  with her three children. 

Just as she was locking the door of her flat, Sinan  entered the  lift on the first floor and within seconds the door closed and the lift moved down even as the boy’s head got stuck between  the door. Though those around  managed to get the  boy out by forcibly opening the lift door,  the boy had passed away by then.  Kadri Police have registered a case.
