Mangalore, March 25, 2014: The Mangalore Postal division will launch “My Stamp” scheme during the DK District Philatelic Exhibition-Mangalapex 2014 at Rosario church hall in Pandeshwar on March 26.

“My Stamp” is the personalized postage stamp that was first introduced in India during the World Philatelic Exhibition ‘Indipex 2011,’ wherein the thumbnail photograph of the customer’s image, family photos, logos of institutions, images of artwork, heritage buildings, famous tourist places, historical cities, etc would be printed on the stamp. Customer  who wish to have their “My Stamp” will have to produce any ID proof along with a colour photo with white back ground provided in hard or soft copy. Each My Stamps Sheetlet will contain12 stamps and cost Rs300.
