’Nurturing talent for business excellence’ 2 day national conference from Apr 12, Tuesday

Mangaluru, April 11, 2016 : The well known  School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya is set to organise a  2 day national conference on nurturing talent for business excellence from tomorrow, April 12 Tuesday.

The aim of this  conference is to provide a common platform for budding HR professionals to enhance their knowledge and reflect on emerging issues, concerns on talent management. A B Ibrahim, DC will inaugurate the event. P S Yadapadithaya, professor, department of commerce, Mangalore University will be the key note speaker.

Brian D A Fernandes, director, Spearhead Media Pvt Ltd, Mangaluru will handle a session on introduction to talent management and philosophy. Nivedita Mirajkar, soft skill trainer, Mangaluru will handle the second session on talent acquisition, engagement and retention. Raghavendra V Kulkarni, senior manager (Talent Management), Himalaya Drug Company, Bengaluru will hold a session on hipot talent identification and development.

Aloysius Kiran A, HR executive, Titan Company Limited, Bengaluru will address a session on coaching - an effective tool for talent management.

Angelo Mathew, assistant professor, Loyala College, Thiruvananthapuram will address a session on application of technology in talent management. Sonny Jose, head, department of social work, Loyola College, Thiruvananthapuram will address another session on talent management and best practices.
