Mangalore, Oct 12, 2014: St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology (AIMIT) will organise a twoday international meet on advanced IT, engineering and management (SACAIM) at the college campus on October 14.

The meet aims to encourage students and faculty from academic institutions to participate by way of their contribution in research, and networking in an attempt to broaden their technical outreach. Students will be able to benefit from noted scientists from areas of biotechnology and computer science who are attending the programme.

The thrust areas include data intensive computing, networking and communications, data science and intelligent web, soft computing and bio informatics and software engineering and management information systems.
