BGS Education Centre organizes valedictory function of Decennial Year celebrations

Mangalore, Dec 15: The BGS Education Centre of Adichunchanagiri Trust in Kavoor will organize the Guruvandana and the valedictory function of its Decennial Year celebrations in the presence of Jagadguru Sri Dr Balagangadharanatha Swamiji on Dec 19, Saturday, at 5 p.m. 








Shri Dhamapalanatha Swamiji of the Mangalore branch of the Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthan Mutt spoke to press people at a press conference organized at the BGS Education Centre on Dec 15, Tuesday. He said that, during this occasion, Jagadguru Sri Dr Balagangadharanatha Swamiji will be carried in a palanquin at the head of a procession from Kavoor to the school. Later, his devotees will confer a title on him.

He also said that Justice Santhosh Hegde will be chief guest of the programme and Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr. D Veerendra Hegde will preside over it. 

Prominent political leaders as well as 25 Swamijis of the Adichunchanagiri Mutt will be present during this occasion. More than 6,000 devotees are expected to participate, said Shri Dharmapalanatha Swamiji.

The students of the school will then present a ballet titled “Tulunada Isiri” in addition to a colorful cultural programme.
