Ullala, July 12, 2014:  A Bangalore based man was washed away by a huge wave, at Ullal beach on Thursday.

According to the police, a Bangalore based man was washed away by a huge wave, at Ullal beach on July 10,  the deceased is Ravi G (60), a resident of Sadduguntepalya in Bangalore. The deceased along with his friend Mohan Raj had come to Dharmasthala. After offering prayers at the temple, the duo visited Ullal beach. After  lunch, the duo were sitting on the shore when a huge wave washed them away. Mohan Raj swam to the shore saving himself but could not locate his companion who drowned and was found later.
