Bejai Raja murder case: 3 more arrested

Mangalore, Dec 20, 2012: Three more arrests have been made in connection with the Bejai Raja alias Shailesh murder case.

Reports say the Kadri police have arrested  three persons, taking the total number of arrests in the case to seven. It may be recalled here that four persons have already been arrested by the police.

The latest arrests were made by the Kadri SI and sources said the arrest took place near the railway crossing. Police are yet to reveal the identity of the arrested persons.

Bejai Raja was brutally hacked to death by some assailants at Falnir in Mangalore on the night of December 1.The murder was said to be an act of revenge to the killing of another notorious  gangster Pandu Pai.Raja and his team was believed to have executed the murder.

The four who were earlier arrested in the Bejai Raja murder case are  Dikshith Devadiga, Jaison D’Souza, Avinash and Nitish.
