Bike rider injured in bus hit at Moodushedde

Mangalore, June 17, 2013 : A bike rider sustained injuries when his two-wheeler was knocked down by a city bus at Mallikatta on June 17, Monday.

The city bus  Lobo Travels, which was proceeding towards Moodushedde from State Bank hit the two-wheeler  of Ajith D’Souza (27) when he was on way to his office at Hampankatta.

Sources said the negligence of the bus driver who came on the wrong side resulted in the mishap.

Ajith who has suffered leg injuries has been admitted to Tejaswini Hospital. The bus driver has been arrested. Kadri police have registered a case  and are conducting investigations.
