Bishop blesses Charms Enclave foundation stone laying ceremony

Mangalore, May 17: Bishop of Bellary Fr. Henry D’Souza blessed the foundation stone laying ceremony of “Charms Enclave,” the latest residential apartment project of Roycons Builders and Developers in Bejai on May 16, Sunday. The foundation stone was laid by Monthi and Charles Pereira.  

Deputy General Manager of Syndicate Bank Sujir Prabhakar was the chief guest. He said that the Syndicate Bank will support the customers of Charms Enclave.  

Charms Enclave features a state-of-the-art architectural design. Emphasis will be placed on driveways, pathways, storm water management, external elimination, and fire-fighting system. The building will also be climate friendly. A recreation section will be created for toddlers along with play areas.  

Roy Castelino, the promoter of Roy Constructions, made the welcome speech. Titus Noronha compered the programme.
