Mangalore, Feb 20: The Mahaymayee Temple at Car Street organized its Brahma Rathotsava on Feb 19, Friday. 

The devotees, most of whom belonged to the community of Gowda Saraswat Brahmins, participated in the festivities enthusiastically. They flocked to the venue from all over DK. 

The idol of the goddess was placed in the chariot and the devotees pulled the chariot with great devotion and fervor.
