Call centre worker drowns himself

Mangalore, Nov 10, 2012 : A call centre employee committed suicide by jumping into River Shambhavi on Nov 9, Friday.

The deceased Vinod Kumar (24) of Kadavina Bhagili had not come for work for the past 2 days. On Wednesday, he left home for work, but never returned.

Later, his bike was found near Palimar Bridge and his body was found in the river near Mandaadi Guttu in Athikaari Bettugram.

The reason for the suicide is not yet known, but the Mulky police are investigating.
