Camps for Aadhaar linking in Kasargod

Kasargod : As per reports, special camps will be conducted at all Gram Panchayat offices, Taluk Panchayat offices and DC’s office on April 12, for linking of Aadhaar card and voters identity card, Deputy Commissioner P S Muhammed Sagir said chairing a meeting at Collectorate Hall in Kasargod.

Voters help desks has been opened at election sections at DC’s office and taluk offices, to provide necessary information to public. The linking can also be done at Akshaya centres by paying fee of Rs 10. Also, people who have internet connection, may themselves link the cards.

Voters can also change or correct address, photo or information. People who have linked Aadhaar and voter’s id cards, will be provided laminated colour voter’s id cards.
